Yogurt Base for Ice Cream — 1 Bag (approx. 1.1 kg)

A well-balanced powdered base formulated to produce a creamy, refreshing yogurt-flavored ice cream. It delivers the perfect balance of tartness and sweetness, ideal on its own or as the starting point for delicious fruity variations.

Preparation:

• Mix the full content of 1 bag (≈1.1 kg) with 2.2–2.3 liters of water to obtain approximately 3.3–3.4 kg of base.
• Hot water helps dissolve faster and can improve smoothness, but it’s not mandatory.
• Stir until fully dissolved, then pour the mixture into your ice cream machine.

Once your yogurt ice cream is ready, you can easily elevate it with toppings. Add your favorite fruits such as mango, strawberry, or raspberry — and of course, the most iconic yogurt pairing: blueberry.
