CHEESE CAKE BASE 1 BAG

Cheesecake Base for Ice Cream — 1 Bag (approx. 1.2 kg)

A smooth and creamy powder base formulated to deliver an authentic cheesecake flavor for gelato or ice cream. Perfect to be used on its own or as a base to build on with fruit, chocolate, or caramel ideas.

Preparation:

• Mix the full content of 1 bag (≈1.2 kg) with 2.2–2.4 liters of water to obtain approximately 3.4–3.6 kg of base.
• Hot water helps dissolve faster and can improve smoothness, but it’s not mandatory.
• Stir until fully dissolved, then pour the mixture into your ice cream machine.

Once your cheesecake ice cream is ready and comes out of the machine, simply add our (or your preferred) toppings to transform it into Strawberry Cheesecake, Mango Cheesecake, or any variation you desire.
