Lemon Paste

A refreshing paste made to deliver the bright and zesty taste of lemon in gelato, ice cream, or sherbet. Its vibrant flavor brings a burst of freshness, ideal for summer desserts or as a pairing with berries and herbs.

Usage: 80–100 g per kg of mix.

Suggestion: For an extra fresh kick, squeeze the juice of one lemon per kg of mix and add it halfway through the churning process in the ice cream machine — not at the beginning — to preserve the lively aroma and natural acidity of the fruit.
