Inspired by the classic Italian holiday cake, this paste brings the warm, aromatic notes of traditional Panettone into your gelato or ice cream. With a rich profile of buttery sweetness, hints of citrus, and delicate spice, it delivers the festive taste of Italy in every spoonful.
Usage: 80–100 g per kg of mix.
The paste does not contain candied fruit (canditi). For an even more authentic Panettone experience, you may add canditi during or after production as desired.
