Rum Raisin Paste for Gelato, Ice Cream, and Sherbet

This premium Rum Raisin paste is a liquid flavoring, almost transparent, designed to deliver the authentic taste of rum-soaked raisins without containing any raisins in the paste itself.

Usage: 85 g per liter of mix.

For a complete Rum Raisin experience, we recommend adding raisins that have been immersed in rum —available separately from us— or using your own raisins, even if not rum-aromatized. In either case, the suggested quantity is 50 g of raisins per liter of mix.
