Preparation:
• Mix the full content of 1 bag (≈1.13 kg) with 2.2–2.5 liters of water to obtain 3.2–3.5 kg of base.
• Hot water helps dissolve faster and can improve smoothness, but it’s not mandatory.
• Stir until fully dissolved, then pour the mixture into your ice cream machine.
• Add flavors as desired (according to your recipe) to create endless variations.
