Preparation:

• Mix the full content of 1 bag (≈1.4 kg) with 2.2 liters of water to obtain approximately 3.6 kg of base.
• Hot water helps dissolve faster and can improve smoothness, but it’s not mandatory.
• Stir until fully dissolved, then pour the mixture into your ice cream machine.
• Use as is for a classic chocolate flavor, or customize further according to your recipe.
