Fior di Latte Base for Ice Cream — 1 Bag (approx. 1 kg)

A creamy and clean milk base, crafted to deliver the delicate and fresh flavor of traditional Italian Fior di Latte — simple, pure, and ideal on its own or as a neutral base for other flavors or use as it is for a refreshing milk flavor.

Preparation:

• Mix the full content of 1 bag (≈1 kg) with 2.2–2.4 liters of water to obtain 3.2–3.4 kg of base.
• Hot water helps dissolve faster and can improve smoothness, but it’s not mandatory.
• Stir until fully dissolved, then pour the mixture into your ice cream machine.
• Use as is for classic Fior di Latte flavor, or add flavoring ingredients as desired.
