Fruit Base for Ice Cream — 1 Bag (approx. 700 g)

A versatile powdered base designed for fruit-flavored sorbets and gelato, delivering smooth texture and excellent integration with real fruit or paste-based flavoring.

Preparation Options:

• Mix the full content of 1 bag (≈700 g) with 1.5–1.6 liters of water and add 1 kg of fruit purée for an authentic fruit flavor.
• Alternatively, combine 1 kg of a blend between fruit purée and ice cream paste to balance texture and taste.
• For a simplified version, add only 250 g of paste for ice cream and increase the water to 2.0 liters.

After mixing, stir until fully dissolved and pour directly into your ice cream machine.
